Economic growth recovered to pre-pandemic pace, but attempts at diversification need ramping up. Consumer expenditure is rising, but poverty remains an issue. The technological sector is being supported by an increase in capital expenditure on telecommunications, and both internet use and mobile telephone use are growing.
