Paula currently works in the Consumer Insights team. She specialises in home and technology industries, focusing on research for Brazil. Her industry expertise includes consumer appliances, tissue and hygiene, home care, toys and games and home and garden. She is particularly interested in consumer behaviour shifts stemming from generational differences and changes, and how this can be applied to new business growth opportunities. Prior to Euromonitor, Paula worked in commercial planning and also in market research, where she developed strong analytical skills and a talent for providing business leaders with shrewd and perspicacious consumer insight.
