COMPETITIVE LANDSCAPE
Sweet Gallery extends its overall lead
Sweet Gallery Sp zoo Sp k remained the outright leader in street stalls/kiosks by value, transactions and outlet numbers in 2025, and recorded the largest share gains from 2024 in all respects. Its Bafra Kebab and Lodolandia & Kolacz na Okraglo brands continued to post impressive results thanks to their affordable price positioning, high-traffic locations, the positive response to new menu items and expansion via franchising, which was focused on mid-sized and smaller cities and towns.
Dolci Sapori remains the most dynamic performer in value growth terms
Dolci Sapori Sp zoo registered the fastest current value growth rate within street stalls/kiosks for a fourth consecutive year in 2025. This was chiefly due to the strong showing of its Am Am Kebab brand, which continued to expand quickly and win over consumers thanks to its low-entry franchise model and a highly effective marketing strategy featuring collaborations with local celebrities such as rapper Kizo and footballer Kamil Grosicki.
Independents continue to dominate but face mounting challenges
Independents continued to dominate street stalls/kiosks in 2025. While their aggregate value share increased slightly from 2024, this was partly because thinner margins meant they were more likely to raise menu prices.

Street Stalls/Kiosks
Small, sometimes mobile, foodservice providers characterised by a limited product offering and by low prices. Includes street stalls, street hawkers and foodservice kiosks where food is prepared in some way and served through a hatch or over a display counter to take away. Also includes kiosks and carts located externally or internally eg in shopping malls etc. As a rule, street stalls/kiosks outlets tend to be smaller than 100% home delivery/takeaway outlets, while menus are more limited, often (though certainly not always) with a greater emphasis on snack items, rather than full meals.
