Apparel and footwear in 2024: The big picture

Additionally, High Street South, which has been continuously expanding since its initial launch at the start of the review period, remains a key location for high-end brands.
2024 key trends
Despite the global trend towards polarisation, the Philippines' apparel and footwear market stands out as an exception, with the notable expansion of middle-market brands. This is being driven by the rising availability of credit, particularly through digital platforms, which has made these products more accessible to a wider consumer base.
