Mega brands such as adidas and Nike continue to take the lion’s share of apparel and footwear volume sales as these are very popular and sought after brands in Israel. In sportswear, adidas ranks above Nike as the most popular brand in 2024.
Retailing developments
Retail e-commerce sales witnessed healthy volume growth during the pandemic period, but sales have since slowed down as Israelis prefer to shop inside large malls rather than buy apparel and footwear online. The Azrieli Mall has taken down its e-commerce website due to falling online sales.

Antique and/or vintage clothing and footwear is also excluded.
