While value sales will continue to be significant for mayonnaise, it will see volume sales fall quite significantly. Part of the reason for the subdued performance is that mayonnaise is increasingly perceived as being unhealthy, and this will see other condiments such as ketchup and salad dressings outperforming mayonnaise in terms of volume growth.
