COMPETITIVE LANDSCAPE
Domestic agricultural groups dominate production and exports
Ukraine’s edible oils sector continues to be led by major agricultural holdings such as Kernel and Bunge, which primarily focus on large-scale production for export markets. On the domestic front, brands including Oleina, Stozhar, and Shchedryy Dar remain the most recognisable names in sunflower oil.
Oleina remains a trusted market leader
Dnipropetrovsky OEZ ZAT (part of Bunge) achieved the strongest performance in 2025 with its flagship brand Oleina, which continues to lead the sunflower oil market. Oleina’s long-standing reputation, quality focus, and active promotional support have ensured its enduring popularity.
